Key Responsibilities

Handle

walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries

from prospective students. Manage

inbound and outbound calls

to generate and convert leads. Counsel students and parents regarding

courses, entrance exams, colleges, and career pathways.

Guide students in selecting

the most suitable academic program

based on their profile and goals. Achieve

weekly, monthly, and annual admission targets.

Handle

admission processes

, documentation, and fee-related formalities. Provide

post-admission student servicing

, including study plans, exam timelines, and college information. Maintain accurate records of

daily enquiries and follow-ups.

Update

MIS and CRM systems

regularly and ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

Eligibility & Skills

Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred for Sr. roles). 1-5 years of experience in

education counselling, admissions, or sales

(passionate candidates/ freshers may apply ). Strong

communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven mindset with excellent

conversion abilities.

Ability to handle students and parents with empathy and professionalism.
