Key Responsibilities

Teach Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC) concepts and strategies. Conduct classroom, online, and hybrid sessions as per the academic schedule. Train students in grammar, vocabulary, sentence correction, para-jumbles, and RC techniques. Help students improve reading speed, comprehension, and accuracy. Conduct doubt-clearing, practice, and revision sessions. Evaluate mock tests and provide constructive feedback and mentoring. Guide students on sectional strategy, time management, and exam approach. Assist in content development, academic planning, and discussions. Maintain high levels of student engagement and classroom discipline.

Eligibility & Skills

Graduate / Post-Graduate in English, Literature, Humanities, or related fields. Candidates from top b school can also apply for part time roles Strong command over the English language and verbal aptitude. Prior experience teaching for CAT/IPMAT/GMAT/Banking/SSC preferred. Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills. Ability to simplify concepts and motivate students. Comfortable working on weekends and flexible schedules.
