We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Timber Sales & Estimation Coordinator
to manage timber-related orders and client queries. This role involves preparing accurate material quotations, performing material estimations, and supplying precise specifications to the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of timber products and applications, strong communication skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding timber products, pricing, availability, and lead times.
Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on project requirements and specifications.
Review architectural drawings or client plans to calculate material requirements.
Generate detailed material estimations for internal use and client approval.
Liaise with manufacturing or production teams to ensure specifications and timelines are clearly communicated.
Track and manage timber orders from quotation through to delivery or production.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge including timber types, treatments, and sizing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Assist in inventory checks and stock level planning where required.
Ensure all records, quotations, and customer communications are documented and filed appropriately.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
