Job Description

We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our Heath care Service. The candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality TIG welding on a variety of machine components, ensuring precision, durability, and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding (GTAW) on stainless steel, mild steel, and other metals used in machine manufacturing. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Set up and operate welding machines, tools, and equipment. Ensure welded parts meet dimensional accuracy, strength, and quality requirements. Conduct visual inspection and quality checks of completed welds. Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Collaborate with fitters, machinists, and quality teams for smooth production.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of TIG welding techniques and procedures. Ability to weld thin sheets and precision components with accuracy. Familiarity with various welding positions (2G, 3G, 6G preferred). Hands-on experience with grinding, finishing, and polishing welded joints. Good understanding of safety standards in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility:

Qualification: ITI Welder (mandatory). Experience: Fresher to Max 5 Years
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
