TIG WELDER

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

REPORTING TO Production Manager AGE : 25 - 45 YEARS FLUENT IN MALAYALAM / ENGLISH Experience - 3+ years as Tig Welder Job location - Angamaly, Kerala

TIG WELDER Duties and Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and speciTications. Calculate and measure the dimensions of parts to be welded. Inspect structures or materials to be welded. Weld materials according to blueprint speciTications. Monitor the welding process and adjust heat as necessary. Maintain equipment and machinery. Drawing review and compliance for Tinal dimensions, weld note callouts, base material and
Tiller material selection.

Tack welding, fabrication of shop aids and Tixtures to assist fabrication and welding. Weld inspection for weld size, face and root reinforcement, cracks, inclusions and porosity. Lean Manufacturing, general housekeeping, work in a teaming environment, 5S. Daily compliance to customer drawings and speciTications to maintain aerospace Quality
Standards.

Complies with internal quality system and regulatory requirements Maintains qualiTication for welding certiTications. Cleans work area, tools, and equipment at end of shift. Follows all business policies and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Need to go to sites if necessary TIG WELDER Quali?ications

ITI or equivalent qualiTication required A minimum of 3 years of related experience Machinist

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents related to the work assigned

Salary -

Will be between 25,000 to ,30000 per month, depending upon candidates experience and skillset
