Identify and develop new customers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities for surface treatment (e.g., Manganese Phosphating, Nitriding) and sheet metal components.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the engineering, automobile, and industrial sectors.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical and production teams to offer suitable solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging customer needs.
Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies tailored to the industrial segments.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations; participate in price negotiations.
Monitor competitor activity and generate market intelligence reports.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to network and promote the company's capabilities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
Maintain CRM data and provide regular updates to the management on sales pipeline and conversion.
Drive targeted customer engagement through strategic marketing campaigns, data analysis, and multi-channel outreach
