Hiring for Tidal Enterprise Scheduler -New Delhi

• Administer, monitor, and maintain the TIDAL Workload Automation platform.
• Design, develop, and schedule job workflows and calendars based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot job failures and workflow issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with application owners and developers to integrate TIDAL with other enterprise systems.
• Manage job dependencies, triggers, and runtime parameters.
• Perform version upgrades, patches, and system migrations as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and job catalogs.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and audit requirements.
• Provide support for incident and problem management processes related to job scheduling.
• Participate in on-call support and off-hours maintenance as needed.
