HIRING FOR TIDAL ADMINISTRATOR- KOLKATA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented TIDAL Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our enterprise scheduling and automation environment using TIDAL Workload Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and development of TIDAL jobs and processes to ensure business-critical systems run efficiently and without interruption.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, monitor, and maintain the TIDAL Workload Automation platform.
Design, develop, and schedule job workflows and calendars based on business requirements.
Troubleshoot job failures and workflow issues, providing timely resolutions.
Collaborate with application owners and developers to integrate TIDAL with other enterprise systems.
Manage job dependencies, triggers, and runtime parameters.
Perform version upgrades, patches, and system migrations as needed.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and job catalogs.
Ensure compliance with internal control policies and audit requirements.
Provide support for incident and problem management processes related to job scheduling.
Participate in on-call support and off-hours maintenance as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience administering TIDAL Workload Automation or similar job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys).
Strong understanding of batch processing, dependencies, calendars, and job recovery.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, PowerShell).
Experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux environments.
Familiarity with databases and SQL for job integration and troubleshooting
