Key Responsibilities
Ticketing Operations
Handle domestic and international air ticketing (issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds)
Work on GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
Monitor fare rules, airline policies, and best pricing options
Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for group and corporate bookings
Visa Management
Manage end-to-end visa processing for multiple countries
Ensure accurate documentation, application submission, and appointment scheduling
Track visa status and maintain compliance with embassy regulations
Advise clients on visa requirements, timelines, and travel policies
Client & Team Coordination
Coordinate with sales, operations, and corporate clients
Handle escalations related to ticketing and visa delays
Maintain strong relationships with embassies, VFS, and airline partners
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies and travel regulations
Maintain proper records, MIS reports, and documentation
Train and guide junior staff in ticketing and visa procedures
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field
5-8 years of experience
in ticketing and visa operations
Strong knowledge of international visa processes and airline ticketing
Hands-on experience with GDS systems
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
