JOB DETAILS:

Position: Ticketing Trainee

Experience: Fresher

Job Type : Night Shift

Location : Gurgaon

SKILL REQUIRED-

Relevant Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo experience In depth knowledge of fares with expertise in rules, regulations, routing and cancellation policies In depth knowledge of taxes, how taxes are applied to airline tickets and how to calculate refunds on different types of airline tickets In depth knowledge and understanding of procedures for refunds Excellent oral and written communication skills (English) Computer competence with word, excel and outlook.
