We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Staff to handle flight, and ticket bookings, cancellations, and re-issuance.
Book domestic and international air tickets using GDS platforms or airline websites
Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per client requests
Handle flight changes, refunds, and fare differences
Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies and fare rules
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve any ticketing-related issues
Provide customers with itineraries and travel documentation
Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions
Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance (if applicable)
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar ticketing role
Proficiency in GDS
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and multi-task
Knowledge of travel industry regulations and airline policies
Graduate degree in any field; diploma/certification in travel/tourism is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with corporate travel booking
Knowledge of hotel booking platforms and holiday package coordination
Ability to upsell travel services like insurance, add-ons, and holiday packages
