1. Handle domestic and international flight bookings for corporate, group, and MICE travel.
2. Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets through GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
3. Select the best routes and fares as per client requirements and budgets.
B. Fare & Route Management
1. Compare fares across airlines and advise clients on the most cost-effective options.
2. Apply promotional fares, corporate discounts, and group rates wherever possible.
3. Monitor seat availability and hold bookings as per client confirmation timelines.
C. Changes, Refunds & Cancellations
1. Process date changes, rescheduling, and cancellations promptly.
2. Handle refund requests and coordinate with airlines for approvals.
3. Advise clients on airline policies, penalties, and refund timelines.
D. Documentation & Compliance
1. Ensure passenger details match travel documents before ticket issuance.
2. Keep updated with visa, passport, and airline regulations for different countries.
3. Maintain accurate booking and invoice records.
E. Client Support
1. Provide 24/7 assistance for urgent travel changes or emergencies.
2. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth group departures.
3. Maintain strong relations with airline representatives and consolidators.
F. Reporting & Coordination
1. Prepare daily/weekly booking reports for management.
2. Work closely with the sales team to provide fair quotes for proposals.
