Key Responsibilities:
Handling flight bookings (domestic & international) using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre, Abacus)
Managing ticket reissuance, refunds, and cancellations
Coordinating with airlines and clients for seamless travel arrangements
Ensuring accurate fare calculations and timely ticket delivery
Requirements:
Female candidates with
1.5-2 years of ticketing experience
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or similar)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
