We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an International Air Ticketing Executive. As part of our growing travel and tourism firm, you will play a crucial role in booking both international and domestic air tickets, offering an exceptional travel experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle both international and domestic air ticketing using Galileo and other booking systems. Provide timely and accurate booking and ticketing services to clients, ensuring all necessary details are correct. Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients. Assist with customer queries and provide recommendations for travel options. Stay updated with the latest airline policies, promotions, and international travel trends.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, specifically in air ticketing and reservations. Proficiency in using Galileo software for ticket booking and managing travel reservations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for the travel industry, with a customer-centric attitude. Ability to multitask, with attention to detail. Must be smartly dressed and professional at the workplace. A team player who is enthusiastic, proactive, and has the drive to excel.
