Experience

travel agency or tourism company

Additional Requirements
Practical knowledge of
air ticketing and reservation processes
Proficiency in
GDS systems
: Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus
Knowledge of
visa processing
(preferred, not mandatory)
Familiarity with
Umrah services, tour packages, and hotel bookings
is an added advantage
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work flexible hours efficiently
Key Responsibilities
Handle
air ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds
Provide clients with travel solutions, offers, and professional guidance
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow
Support
business development and service excellence initiatives
Manage customer escalations and complex cases with effective problem-solving
Prepare and submit
sales, operational, and performance reports
Assist in preparing and organizing documents for
visa applications
