We are looking for a

Ticketing & Packaging Executive

with hands-on experience in the

tour and travel industry

. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with

IATA-approved processes

,

tour packaging

, and commonly used

tour & travel software

.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

domestic and international ticket bookings

through travel portals and GDS systems. Design and prepare customized

tour packages

as per client requirements. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for smooth operations. Provide accurate itineraries, quotations, and support to clients. Ensure proper documentation and follow travel guidelines (including IATA standards). Manage bookings, cancellations, amendments, and refunds efficiently. Maintain and update records using tour and travel management software.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in

ticketing and tour packaging

. Knowledge of

IATA rules

and travel documentation is preferred. Familiarity with

GDS / travel booking software

(e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, etc.). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
