Knowledge of Ticketing Software - Amadeus Or Galileo Or Sabre (GDS)
Flight Booking:
Assist clients in booking international flights, considering their preferences, travel dates, and budget constraints.
Ticketing:
Handle the complete ticketing process, including issuing tickets, reissuing tickets, and managing ticket changes as required.
Customer Service:
Provide top-notch customer service by addressing clients' inquiries, offering travel advice, and resolving any issues related to their travel plans.
Itinerary Planning:
Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive travel itineraries that meet their needs, considering layovers, stopovers, and other travel preferences.
Fare Analysis:
Stay updated on airline fares, special promotions, and discounts to offer the best possible pricing options to clients.
Documentation:
Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as visas, passports, and travel insurance, are in order for clients traveling internationally.
Coordination
: Work closely with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise, such as flight delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes.
Travel Industry Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Ticketing: 1 year (Preferred)
