We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking domestic and international flight tickets, handling cancellations, modifications, and providing excellent customer support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling reservations, ticketing, and reissuance for domestic and international flights.
Managing cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests as per airline policies.
Coordinating with airlines and travel partners for bookings and fare rules.
Providing clients with best routing and fare options.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by offering prompt and accurate information.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and global travel trends.
Issuing travel insurance, if required.
Maintaining records and generating reports of bookings and sales.
Requirements:
Knowledge of domestic and international airline ticketing procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Basic understanding of travel documentation (visa requirements, passport validity, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the travel industry.
Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable
