We need an
experienced
ticketing professional with 4 to 8 years experience to join our team
As a Ticketing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing ticket sales and providing excellent customer service to event-goers or travellers. Your main tasks will include ticket sales, customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth ticketing process.
Must Knowledge in : Galelio and Amadeus
Responsibilities:
Ticket Sales:
Sell tickets through various channels, such as in-person, over the phone, or online.
Inventory Management:
Monitor ticket inventory levels, order new tickets as needed, and track numbering.
Ticketing System:
Operate ticketing software Amadeus (GDS) for transactions and reports.
Reservations:
Help customers make hotels reservations & choose specific dates and times if applicable
Ticket Distribution:
Ensure customers receive their tickets promptly, whether physical or electronic.
Customer Service:
Assist customers with ticket-related inquiries, address concerns, and provide event information.
Requirements
4-8 years of experience as a ticketing executive
Good communication and computer skills
Knowledge of GDS (amadeus ,galileo)is an added advantage
Detail-oriented with string organisational abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
