We are hiring a ticketing Executive who are passionate about travel and customer service

ticketing professional we would love to have you on board

As a Ticketing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing ticket sales and providing excellent customer service to event-goers or travellers. Your main tasks will include ticket sales, customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth ticketing process.

Knowledge in : Galelio and Amadeus



Responsibilities:



Ticket Sales:

Sell tickets through various channels, such as in-person, over the phone, or online.

Inventory Management:

Monitor ticket inventory levels, order new tickets as needed, and track numbering.

Ticketing System:

Operate ticketing software Amadeus (GDS) for transactions and reports.

Reservations:

Help customers make hotels reservations & choose specific dates and times if applicable

Ticket Distribution:

Ensure customers receive their tickets promptly, whether physical or electronic.

Customer Service:

Assist customers with ticket-related inquiries, address concerns, and provide event information.

Requirements



Goodcommunication and computer skills Knowledge of GDS (amadeus ,galileo)is an added advantage Freshers with strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply

Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month
