Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries for domestic and international flight bookings.
Issue, modify, and cancel tickets through GDS (Global Distribution Systems) or airline portals.
Assist clients in selecting flights based on their schedule and budget.
Ensure accuracy in booking details such as passenger names, travel dates, and flight itineraries.
Provide guidance on baggage policies, airline regulations, and travel requirements.
Handle refunds and rescheduling requests efficiently.
Stay updated with airline policies, fare changes, and promotions.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving any issues or concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any field (travel/tourism preferred).
Experience in ticketing and GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of airline rules and regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
