Ticketing Staff
to handle ticket booking, reservations, and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
Issue tickets using computer-based booking systems
Assist customers with travel-related inquiries
Verify passenger details and ensure accuracy of bookings
Manage payments and provide receipts
Maintain daily booking and transaction records
Coordinate with airlines / travel agencies / transport providers
Provide excellent customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
