Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Airline Ticketing Executive

to join our team in Kadavantra. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of

2 years of hands-on experience in airline ticketing

and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

domestic and international flight bookings

, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds. Provide accurate and timely information on

flight schedules, fares, routes, and travel regulations

. Manage reservations through

GDS platforms

(Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) and airline portals. Coordinate with clients and airlines to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications. Deliver high-quality service while meeting company and customer expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in airline ticketing (domestic and international). Proficiency in any major

GDS system

(Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional, customer-focused attitude.
