Handle airline ticketing and reservations as per IATA standards.
Assist passengers with booking, rebooking, cancellations, and travel queries.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and issue tickets through GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Ensure compliance with airline policies, visa regulations, and travel documentation requirements.
Provide customer support for flight schedules, fare rules, and baggage policies.
Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and clients for smooth operations.
Prepare daily reports and assist management in travel-related documentation.
Requirements
IATA Certification or Diploma (mandatory).
Prior experience in airline ticketing / travel agency preferred.
Strong knowledge of global distribution systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
