Trinity International is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Ticketing Executive
to manage flight bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with airline reservation systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver smooth and efficient ticketing services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
air ticket reservations, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds
.
Work with
GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre, etc.)
for bookings.
Provide clients with the best routing, fare options, and travel solutions.
Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, special requests, and group bookings.
Maintain updated knowledge of airline fare rules, policies, and offers.
Support sales and operations teams with ticketing-related requirements.
Ensure accuracy in bookings, invoicing, and documentation.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in
airline ticketing / travel industry
.
Proficiency in
GDS systems
(mandatory).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Knowledge of both domestic & international ticketing preferred.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
