Trawelmart World Tours Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and experienced Air Ticketing Executive to join our team in Bangalore (Jayanagar). The ideal candidate must have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in international and domestic ticketing using Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end ticketing operations: reservations, issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

Work efficiently on GDS platforms - Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.

Provide accurate fare quotes and best itinerary options to clients.

Liaise with airlines for schedule changes, fare rules, and waivers.

Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain records of bookings and ensure error-free documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless travel services.

Requirements:

4 to 5 years of experience in air ticketing (domestic & international).

Strong command over GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Based in or willing to relocate to Jayanagar, Bangalore.
