Key Responsibilities
Manage domestic and international flight bookings through
Amadeus GDS
.
Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets accurately.
Provide customers with best fare options, flight schedules, and travel solutions.
Communicate effectively in
Punjabi, Hindi, and English
to handle diverse customers.
Assist clients with travel-related queries, baggage policies, and airline rules.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and transactions.
Coordinate with airlines for special requests, PNR issues, or schedule changes.
Ensure compliance with airline and company policies.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on ticketing activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in
Travel & Tourism
or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years
of experience as an Air Ticketing Executive (preferred).
Proficiency in
Amadeus software
(mandatory).
Strong communication skills in
Punjabi, Hindi, and English
(Mandatory)
Excellent knowledge of fare calculation, ticket issuance, refunds, and exchanges.
Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
