Provide timely support for ticket-related queries.
Maintain records of bookings and cancellations.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and partners for smooth ticketing operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in ticketing (travel, airline, railway, or events).
Knowledge of ticketing systems (like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or relevant software).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
