We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Reservation Executive / Ticket Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling flight, hotel, and travel reservations while ensuring a seamless booking experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel bookings based on their requirements. Process reservations accurately using online booking systems and GDS platforms. Provide clients with pricing, availability, and travel-related information. Handle ticket issuance, cancellations, rebooking, and refunds. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers for smooth operations. Address customer inquiries and resolve booking-related issues efficiently. Maintain records of all bookings and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in ticketing or reservations is preferred, but freshers with a keen interest in the travel industry are also welcome. Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage. Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking platforms.
