We at Yatribiz Private Limited seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Domestic Travel Executive to manage and coordinate domestic travel arrangements for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and book domestic travel arrangements, including flights, trains, hotels, transportation, and tour packages.

Handle travel inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and provide appropriate travel options that meet the client's needs and budget.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Provide itinerary planning, ticketing, and visa (if applicable) assistance for domestic travel.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.

Assist in resolving travel-related issues such as delays, cancellations, and rebookings.

Stay up-to-date with domestic travel regulations, destinations, and travel trends.

Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Prepare travel quotations and invoices.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in domestic travel coordination or in a travel agency.

Proficiency in travel software such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.

Knowledge of domestic travel routes, destinations, and accommodations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
