We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Reservation Executive (Airline / Airport
Ground Staff) to assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, inquiries, and travel-related services. The role involves handling bookings, updating flight details, and ensuring a smooth customer experience at the airport or office.
Key Responsibilities
??Handle airline ticket reservations, cancellations, and reissuance.
??Assist passengers with flight inquiries, seat availability, fare information, and travel rules.
??Provide check-in support and boarding assistance (if required).
??Update passenger details in the reservation system (GDS/airline portals).
??Coordinate with airline staff for schedule changes or passenger requests.
??Provide customer service via calls, emails, and at the airport counter.
??Ensure compliance with airline safety and documentation procedures.
??Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills
??Good communication skills (Hindi /
English).
??Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
??Customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
??Ability to work under pressure during rush hours.
??Professional and polite behavior.
Eligibility
??12th Pass / Graduate
??Fresher or up to 1 year experience can apply
??Age limit: 18-29 years
??Good grooming and presentable personality

Pay: ₹18,240.27 - ₹36,660.96 per month
