, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their travel needs. Your responsibilities will include booking flights, issuing tickets, handling modifications/cancellations, and providing support for reservation-related inquiries. The goal is to deliver a smooth and seamless travel experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in booking flights and provide information on available airlines, schedules, and fares.
Process ticket reservations and issue electronic/paper tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
Handle ticket modifications, cancellations, rebookings, and refunds.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues.
Coordinate with airlines and travel suppliers for updated and accurate information.
Stay informed about industry trends, airline policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Prior experience in ticketing/reservation or the travel industry preferred.
Proficiency in
Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Strong knowledge of airline codes, fares, and flight regulations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
