is responsible for handling domestic and international air ticket reservations, fare calculations, cancellations, reissuances, and customer support. The role ensures accurate and timely ticket issuance while delivering excellent service to clients, whether individual travelers (B2C) or corporate accounts (B2B).
Key Responsibilities:
Book and issue domestic and international air tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
Handle flight reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests.
Provide customers with accurate fare quotes, flight options, and travel advice.
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for special requests and fare rules.
Ensure accuracy in passenger information and adherence to airline policies.
Maintain daily sales and booking reports.
Assist with group bookings and coordinate with the visa or holiday teams as needed.
Manage customer queries via phone, email, or walk-ins promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business
(preferred).
1-3 years
of experience in air ticketing (domestic & international).
Proficiency in
GDS systems
(Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is mandatory).
Strong knowledge of airline fare structures, visa rules, and travel regulations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
