We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
B2C Ticketing Executive
to manage ticket booking, modifications, and customer queries for individual clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling B2C ticketing, preferably in the travel, airline, or events sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end ticket booking (domestic/international) for individual (B2C) clients.
Process changes, cancellations, and reissuance of tickets as per client requests.
Provide accurate fare quotations, availability, and itinerary planning.
Coordinate with airlines, GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.), or event ticketing platforms.
Ensure timely delivery of tickets and confirmations to customers.
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat with professionalism and clarity.
Maintain updated records of all bookings and communications.
Resolve post-sale issues such as refunds or reschedules.
Stay informed about industry trends, airline policies, and promotional fares.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C ticketing (travel, airline, or event sector).
Education:
Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / related field.
Proficiency in any GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or ticketing platforms.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer skill
