Job Description



:-

  • Interact with Travel agents by phone,e-mail concerning various issues and addressing the same on priority.

  • To Issue, Reissue, Cancel & claim Refund ofAirline Tickets on GDS & LCC

  • Issuance of Budget and GDS ticketsand handling emails

  • Candidate must have ability to handle allInternational and Domestic Ticketing

  • Responsible for FIT & Groups Ticketing

  • Should have knowledge and hands onExperience on GDS Tools like: Galileo / Amadeus and others

  • Liasoning with Airlines on specialrequests on group travels or corporate business travel.

  • Knowledge of Tour Packages would bean add-on advantage. Make travel, accommodation and related bookings.


  • Provide hands on support to agents onbooking, cancellation and refund

  • To be co-operative and providesupport to fellow team members and functions

  • Connecting with DMCs on special ratesand collaborating with team members for efficient functioning and process.
