Interact with Travel agents by phone,e-mail concerning various issues and addressing the same on priority. To Issue, Reissue, Cancel claim Refund ofAirline Tickets on GDS LCC Issuance of Budget and GDS ticketsand handling emails Candidate must have ability to handle allInternational and Domestic Ticketing Responsible for FIT Groups Ticketing Should have knowledge and hands onExperience on GDS Tools like: Galileo / Amadeus and others Liasoning with Airlines on specialrequests on group travels or corporate business travel. Knowledge of Tour Packages would bean add-on advantage. Make travel, accommodation and related bookings. Provide hands on support to agents onbooking, cancellation and refund To be co-operative and providesupport to fellow team members and functions Connecting with DMCs on special ratesand collaborating with team members for efficient functioning and process.
