NLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES Job Location : Andheri (W), next to Railway Station We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ticketing and Reservation Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in using Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems and should be highly proficient in computer systems. As a key member of our team, the candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing ticketing and reservation operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Utilize Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems to handle ticketing and reservation requests promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure timely and precise issuance of travel tickets and related documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, fare structures, and industry trends.
- Work closely with colleagues and team members to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail when entering data and processing bookings.
- Provide assistance to clients regarding travel itineraries, fares, and travel-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize work processes and contribute to a positive work environment.
