Job Description

For a reputed "Tour & Travels" company, situated near "Chandni Metro, Kolkata" requires "Ticket Reservation Executive".

Required Criteria -

1. Experience in IATA certified Agency

2. Experience of Ticket Issuance, Re-issuance, Refund, Reservation of International & Domestic Air Tickets (International Experience - must)

3. Knowledge of usage of Amadeus & Gallielo operating system.

4. Experience of 1 to 1 coordinating with HNI Clients

5.Excellent written, verbal skills, soft spoken.

6. Knowledge of Advance MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Web Search.

7. Proficiency in English Language.

8. Excellent follow up skills & multitasking.

9. Local candidate near residents of Kolkata preferred.

Salary Range - 30K To 40K
