Allow only valid-ticket customers inside and manage the queue.
Greet and guide guests politely about seating and facilities.
Handle invalid/expired tickets and maintain entry discipline.
Coordinate with lounge staff for smooth customer flow.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the entry gate.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass.
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English).
Customer-friendly attitude and alertness.
