You will be responsible for preparing meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and delivering an outstanding culinary experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Tibetan dishes.
Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the correct temperature.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
Assist in menu development by suggesting Tibetan dishes and seasonal specialties.
Manage inventory, order ingredients, and reduce food waste.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure timely food preparation.
Cater to dietary requirements, including vegetarian and vegan options.
Train junior kitchen staff on Tibetan recipes and cooking techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
