Job Description

Momo preparation and cooking



Mix, knead, and prepare momo dough. Skillfully shape and fold momos for uniformity and presentation. Cook momos using apepare momo dough. Create and propriate methods like steaming, boiling, or frying. Ensure consistent taste, texture, and portion size.

Kitchen and inventory management



Manage ingredients, check for freshness, and discard expired items. Assist with inventory control and stock management. Set up the kitchen with necessary equipment and utensils. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure proper hygiene standards are met.

Food safety and quality



Uphold all health and safety regulations. Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and hygiene standards.

Menu development and customer service



Potentially assist with menu development and creating new momo variations or sauces. Modify recipes to accommodate customer requests, such as for allergies or dietary restrictions. Provide customers with information about momo varieties and preparation methods.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
