Uphold all health and safety regulations.
Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and hygiene standards.
Menu development and customer service
Potentially assist with menu development and creating new momo variations or sauces.
Modify recipes to accommodate customer requests, such as for allergies or dietary restrictions.
Provide customers with information about momo varieties and preparation methods.
