Ability to train, Communication Skills, Enterprise Architecture, Follow up, Presentation Skills, Tibco, Understands Service Line trend, Understands industry trends Experience in Application development using Tibco products Experience of Design & development using TIBCO BW Strong hands on Development expertise with TIBCO BW , TIBCO Business Studio, TIBCO HAWK, ADMIN, Unix/Linux Environment exposure Good working expertise using Web services, XPATH, XML, SQL, JMS, Unix Scripting. Exposure on UNIX, LINUX and Windows environments with TIBCO Installation & script deployments. Experienced in documenting and presenting designed technical solutions. Strong Development Expertise in following TIBCO Product Suits: Tibco Business Works, TIBCO Designer, Monitoring tool: Tibco Hawk Deployment: Tibco Administrator for deployment

Good to have:

DBMS Oracle/SQL server, SQL and PL/SQL Environment: Windows/Unix/Linux * XML: XSD, DTD, XML, X-path
