Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative

Thumbnail Designer

to create visually engaging and high-performing thumbnails for our YouTube channels and online courses. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, color, and typography, with the ability to produce visuals that grab attention and drive clicks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design attractive and high-converting thumbnails for YouTube videos and e-learning content Collaborate closely with the content and video production teams Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency Deliver quality work within deadlines

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design Proficiency in design software such as

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,

or similar tools Strong portfolio showcasing thumbnails or social media graphics Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight timelines
