commitment to operational excellence, we are looking for a highly organized and analytical
Throughput Officer to streamline and enhance our loan processing pipeline.
Job Summary:
The Throughput Officer will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and monitoring the
end-to-end throughput of loan applications, from sourcing to disbursal. The ideal candidate
will focus on improving process efficiency, reducing turnaround time (TAT), and ensuring
SLAs are met across all operational and credit functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Throughput Monitoring & Management:
o Monitor daily throughput of loan applications across all channels (DSAs,
direct, digital, etc.).
o Track performance of sourcing, underwriting, verification, and disbursal teams
against defined KPIs.
Process Optimization:
o Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the loan processing journey.
o Coordinate with credit, operations, technology, and customer service teams to
resolve delays.
TAT & SLA Management:
o Drive adherence to agreed turnaround times (TATs) for each stage of the loan
process.
o Ensure SLAs are met across all internal and external stakeholders (including
vendors, field verification, legal, etc.).
Data & Reporting:
o Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly dashboards on application
throughput, approval rates, drop-offs, etc.
o Highlight trends, risk areas, and opportunities for improvement to senior
management.
Stakeholder Coordination:
o Act as a central point of contact between sales, credit, ops, legal, and disbursal
teams for throughput issues.
o Work with IT teams to implement tech-based process improvements
(workflow automation, alerts, status tracking).
Quality & Compliance:
o Ensure operational processes align with company policies and regulatory
guidelines.
o Monitor exception handling and escalations for unusual or high-risk cases.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA
preferred).
3+ years of experience in NBFCs or banks, preferably in business loan operations,
credit, or process management.
Solid understanding of the business loan lifecycle including credit underwriting,
documentation, and disbursal.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and loan management systems (LMS/Core
platforms).
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
