Requisites

:

Education:

10th / 12th Pass

Experience:

1 to 5 years of experience operating threading / rolling machines. Fastener or automotive industry experience preferred Hands-on experience working with

stainless steel (SS) material

is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate threading / rolling machines (Indian & Taiwan make). Fit and adjust dies, tools, and feeders. Check machine oiling, alignment, and settings before start. Monitor production and ensure correct thread size and finish. Measure parts using vernier, micrometer, gauges, and projector. Record production, rejection, and downtime details. Identify defects and inform supervisor or maintenance if required. Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and maintain machine cleanliness.
