Understanding of various types of Third-Party Vendors for Pharmaceutical Enterprise Understanding of TPRM process including - Risk identification for vendors, Risk tiering vendors, Onboarding vendors, Assessment of vendors, Issues/Gap management, Continuous Monitoring, Deboarding vendors. Knowledge of Risk areas - ABAC - Risk of bribery and corruption. Complementary worker Conflict Minerals Environment Health, Safety Sustainability Human Safety Information (HSI) Inappropriate Promotion - reputational, regulatory, legal, and operational risk to GSK. Information Risk Labour Rights Privacy Sanctions - Not breaching any sanction regimes, or export controls regulations Animal Welfare Understanding of TPRM process including - Risk identification for vendors, Risk tiering vendors, Onboarding vendors, Assessment of vendors, Issues/Gap management, Continuous Monitoring, Deboarding vendors. Experience of establishing/transforming TPRM process for pharma sector Responsibilities Managing Vendor records and vendor contacts Identifying, initiating, and managing in-scope assessments for vendors Reviewing assessments submitted by vendors Escalation for cases with no responses from Vendor Creating tasks for vendors for additional information for assessment Documenting issues as per assessment Risk rating the assessment w.r.t to risk tier and issues Issue Management and Closure Reassessment of the Vendors as per Risk Tiering and Contracts renewal Closure of vendor assessment Communication of assessment results with relevant stakeholders SPOC for vendor coordination for all assessments - Education Experience B.Tech, B.E. or B.Pharm with experience of Vendor Assessment in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Business. University level degree in business/IT technical/scientific area or comparable education/experience Relevant experience of Third Party Risk Management in Pharmaceutical /Medical Device Business Experience of working with Vendor Management Security and Compliance Policy framework, ISEC Compliance, Records Management, Risk Management, Vendor Management Professional traits as Relationship Management, Consultation, Negotiation, Leadership and Authoritative.
