We are currently looking for a full time Senior Client Servicing/Business Development Manager, with great people skills to help our business prioritize existing and new customers.

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Maintaining current clients and growing our customer base

- Keeping accurate correspondence records and updating client details

- Meeting regularly with management

- Recommending different product options to clients

- Develop effective communication platforms for clients and team

- Conduct client service workshops and presentations

- Prepare strategy-driven reports in collaboration with the Digital Team on the kind of methods that worked and didn\'t work for our clients to build an understanding of key ideas for every industry

- Working on building strategy on how to up sell our brand to existing and previous clients by keeping them in the loop regarding the newer verticals within Think Tree Media House

- Additional ad-hoc responsibilities

Skills required:

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- 3-5 years of experience with Social Media Management/SEO/Reporting in requirements.

- High proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc)

- Good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate potential business opportunities

- Keen awareness of current trends in advertising
