Key Responsibilities:New Business Development:- Identify, prospect, and on board new corporate accounts to The Square AI platform.- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, particularly in the serviced apartment and alternative accommodation sectors. Account Management:- Manage and nurture existing corporate accounts to ensure client satisfaction and drive expansion within accounts.- Provide tailored solutions to clients, focusing on creating global corporate accommodation programs that drive cost savings and carbon footprint reduction. Client Engagement:- Work closely with clients to develop corporate housing programs that leverage our tech-based solutions to optimize their accommodation needs.- Present and represent TheSqua.re at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities. SaaS & Technology Integration:- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our SaaS products and solutions, positioning The Square AI as a tech-based alternative to traditional providers.- Use self-working tools and automation to help clients efficiently manage their corporate accommodation programs.Key Qualifications:Experience:- 7 to 15 years of experience in enterprise corporate accounts, ideally within the corporate travel, accommodation, or hospitality sectors.- Proven track record in sales, account management, and business development in the Asia-Pacific region.- Experience with SaaS solutions and an understanding of corporate accommodation needs. Skills:- Strong ability to prospect, pitch, and close new business.- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Skilled in recruiting, leading, and managing sales teams.- Ability to leverage technology to drive business growth and client engagement.
