Experience level: 10 to 12 years (even higher experience candidate can apply) Responsibility will be but not limited to guide electronics design and development and ensure thermally reliable product. Guide fellow team mates to achieve common goal. Hands on experience of carrying out thermal and electrical thermal simulations. Understanding of thermal simulation tools like FloTherm or Icepak. Should have worked on thermal measurements.
Strong fundamentals in heat transfer and Thermodynamics Hands on experience in Thermal Management of Electronics Exposure to thermal measurement in lab or field Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience in Automotive Electronic Products & exposure to plastic / die cast material would be added advantage Thermal Management of products relevant to Electrification is a plus German language proficiency will be good to have Experience of publishing papers in IEEE conferences will be an added plus Shall be result driven and strong in problem resolutions

Bachelor\'s / Masters in Thermal / Mechanical Engineering
