Job Title :- Therapy Specialist - Haematology (Derma & Respiratory)

Location :- Chandigarh

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Therapy Specialist to drive awareness, engagement, and prescription growth for Haematology, Dermatology, and Respiratory products. The role involves regular doctor interactions, product detailing, and territory management to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Haematology, Derma, and Respiratory therapy products to doctors and hospitals. Build strong relationships with Haematologists, Dermatologists, Pulmonologists & key stakeholders. Conduct product briefings, CMEs, and scientific discussions. Manage territory performance, achieve monthly targets & ensure market penetration. Track competitor activities and provide regular market insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Life Sciences/Pharmacy or any graduate with medical sales experience. 2 years of experience in Pharma/Medical Representative roles. Strong communication, scientific aptitude & relationship-building skills. Experience in specialty therapy areas (Haematology/Derma/Respiratory) is preferred.
